KINAL: Gov't was 'weak and unable to protect the citizens'

Opposition Movement for Change (KINAL), in an announcement on Wednesday about the cold front that hit the country, issued the following statement: "In words, the government was fully ready. In practice, however, it showed itself bankrupt. Once again it was weak and unable to protect the citizens."

The party also sternly attacked the civil protection agency because "for two days it looked on at the problems, essentially without intervening".

KINAL claimed that the government had "in this way admitted the complete absence of any plan, programming or ability to respond in the face of difficulties. They admitted their total failure".
