Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met on Wednesday with former prime minister Costas Karamanlis.
According to the prime minister's press office, Mitsotakis and Karamanlis discussed political and economic developments, as well as the prospects now opening up after New Democracy's (ND) victory in the general elections.
On his part, Mitsotakis thanked Karamanlis for his support and his contribution to the political change that took place on July 7.
