A wildfire broke out on Saturday afternoon at Marathon, Attica region.
According to the Fire Brigade the fire burns a forest near a residential area however, no houses are threatened so far.
Ten fire-engines with a 31-member crew, three firefighting aircraft and three helicopter and volunteers are currently battling the blaze.
